If you are interested in a specific position in IDelync or one of our areas of business, and you would like to apply, you will need to email your detailed CV to the HR Department. Detailed, informative CVs stating the desired position and including a covering letter are welcome. If your experience meets the requirements for the vacancy, an HR manager will conduct a mini-interview over the telephone and based on its results, you will be invited to take part in the competition to fill the vacancy, which includes three stages:

Stage one. Interview with an HR Department manager.

At this stage we try to learn as much as possible about the candidate for the vacancy and make him or her familiar with us. The candidate goes through a structured interview, fills in the Questionnaire of a Potential Company Employee and the Professional Questionnaire in the chosen area, passes a foreign language test, if necessary. We pay our main attention to the following questions: professionalism (education, professional experience, skills, abilities and achievements of the Candidate), motivation (self-fulfillment in the profession, career and professional growth), personal qualities (leadership, communication skills, ability to work in a team, openness to new information, personal system of values, fitness for our company’s corporate culture).

Moreover, the Candidate is introduced to the company, the established rules and traditions, work duties, growth potential in the position.

Stage two. Interview with a director, leading specialist in the area.
This interview is aimed at identification of required knowledge, skills and experience. The interview is conducted on the basis of previously materials received from you, allowing to specifically get to know the Candidate’s qualifications and professionalism. These may be a portfolio, work samples, developments, etc., whatever you  may already have in your professional portfolio.

We value both your and our time and at this stage do not focus on specialized additional tests.

Stage three. Taking the decision to accept the Candidate for employment.

If our decision is positive, you will receive an official Job offer and you will be accepted for employment with a three-month trial period.
